RHI Ltd is currently seeking to increase the number of shareholders and working capital by offering pre-float shares to a limited number of investors.  

Currently RHI Ltd is raising approximately AUD 1 million from sophicated investors through the issuse of 5,00,000 at AUD 0.20 each.

The money will be used to fund working capital and to complete the documentation required to register a United National Clean Development Mechanism (UN CDM).  This will enable RHI Ltd to create carbon credit  for sale into the European Union Emissions Trading Scheme.  The largest and most important  carbon credit market  with sales over 40 Billion Euros (USD 60 Billion) per year and growing.

This capital raising complies with  Section 708(1) of the Corporation Act 2001.

Richard Hayes MBA DipCM
Founder and major shareholder of RHI Ltd.
Richard has over 30 years experience in Information Technology and is a Chartered Secretary.

Richard has lectured on engineering and commercialisation at a number of universities including UNSW and UTS. His work involves consulting to a large number of start-up businesses focusing on strategy and capital raising. He also works closely with the NSW state government (DSRD) organising conferences on commercialising innovation and new venture creation. The latest DSRD conference examines the business opportunities in a 'low carbon' economy. 
 
Richard graduated in Marketing from UTS and has expertise in electronic commerce with a focus upon the Internet.

John Hadlow MBA M.Cryptography Dip Marketing

John owns his own bespoke computer design and manufacturing company. He was a communications specialist within the Australian Army. He went on to lead a number of Sales teams for companies such as SGI and Autodesk to throughout America, Europe and Asia.

Charles Summers FCPA

Charles is Chief Financial Officer of the Australian Technology Park in Sydney.  He oversees approximately 50 start-up and early-stage technology companies in that role.   He is also on the board of bizCapital venture capital firm specialising in' Seed Funding' for universities spin-outs.  He has worked through out Europe and Asia.
